Opt for foods such as whole grain bread and brown rice for your carbohydrate needs. And don't forget, you likewise need to include fat in your weight loss diet. Yes, fats! I know you're losing fat but you still need to ingest them. Go for healthy fats that are in things like walnuts and fish. And remember to consume fresh fruit and veg since they contain a great deal of vitamins and minerals that your body needs!
